For best results stovetop
- Heat dry frying pan on stove top over high heat, transfer Vietnamese pork into a pan & heat for 4-5 minutes or until piping hot. Alternatively you can microwave the pork in the wooden tray for 1- 2 minutes on full power (remove film).
- Remove all items from tray apart from rice noodles at bottom of tray. Spoon 1 tbsp of water over rice noodles, microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Mix Asian salad & herbs together in a bowl.
- Serve pork on a bed of noodles & Asian salad. Finish with the lime rice wine vinegar dressing and peanuts
