This recipe met and exceeded expectations. The right mix of herbs and veg. Well spiced protein. The dressing was on point and sent the entire dish over the top. I want more already!

Everything was yummy

This was a tasty dish. Very savory with a bit of sweetness. I left the red peppers for my husband who enjoyed them thoroughly. I modified the cooking instructions by heating up the raw vegetables along with the rice noodles. So I cooked them all for about three minutes in the microwave. Then after heating the pork, I added everything together, including the peanuts and the herbs and put them back in the microwave for another minute and a half. All the flavors blended in together beautifully. Very filling. we will definitely get this again.

I’ve never had Vietnamese food until tonight. I wasn’t sure about it. It was delicious and lower sodium to boot. We hit a home run when we found Georgie and Toms. This will become a rotation meal. Thank you.

Flavors were on par

The shredded carrots were a little dehydrated. Maybe the veggie was exposed to refrigeration a little longer then normal.
