Suitable for home freeing with the exception of the yogurt & lime
- Microwave tray of turkey chili, for 6-7 mins until piping hot. (Remove lime).
- Reserve yoghurt. Add 1 tbsp of water to pot of quinoa, brown rice microwave for 2 mins until piping hot. (Lid on loosely)
- Serve. Garnish with a squeeze of 1/4 lime & yoghurt.
