For Best results microwave
- Remove film from tray of turkey chili, remove lime from tray. Microwave on full power for 6-7 minutes or until piping hot.
- Take lid off pot of quinoa, brown rice & yoghurt. Remove yoghurt and parchment paper. Add tbsp of water, place lid back on loosely, microwave for 2 minutes or until pipping hot.
- Serve chilli on bed of rice with a squeeze of lime & yoghurt.
