For Best results microwave
- Remove film from tray of turkey chili, remove lime from tray. Microwave on full power for 6-7 minutes or until piping hot.
- Take lid off pot of quinoa, brown rice & yoghurt. Remove yoghurt and parchment paper. Add tbsp of water, place lid back on loosely, microwave for 2 minutes or until pipping hot.
- Serve chilli on bed of rice with a squeeze of lime & yoghurt.

As usual, delicious meal and wonderful fresh ingredients. Not too spicy, but I gave the jalapeños to my husband :)

This recipe is more like a spicy chili hash but again who cares, it is wonderfully balanced and so yummy!
I was very surprised about the turkey chili. Especially my husband's reaction. We both loved it. The flavors and the spices were to die for. I have so many meals that I love and I just added another one. Thank you once again
