Ground chicken stir fried in a sweet, soy & fish sauce dressing with Thai basil, mixed peppers & scallions, served with lime & coconut rice finished with toasted cashews.

For best results stovetop
- Reserve cashews, cilantro, scallions & chili.
- Fry veggies and Thai basil for 1-2 mins on high heat.
- Add Thai basil chicken cook for 2 mins until pipping hot.
- Add tbsp of water to tray of rice and microwave for 2-3 mins until pipping hot.
- Serve. Garnished with cashews, cilantro, scallions & chili.
Microwave instructions
- Reserve cashews, cilantro, scallions and chili.
- Add 1 tbsp of water to tray of vegetables & rice. Microwave with Thai basil chicken (lid on loosely) 6-7 minutes until pipping hot.
