Sticky Maple Chicken Salad
Maple and mustard roasted chicken thighs in a butternut squash, sprout and cranberry slaw with a maple and wholegrain mustard dressing. Finished with toasted pecans and a squeeze of lemon.

Cooking method:
- Season & fry Maple Chicken and bacon in tbsp of oil. 5 minutes medium heat. Finish with squeeze of 1/2 lemon. (Alternatively microwave chicken & bacon for 3-4 minutes in a bowl)
- Slice apple into matchsticks – mix with slaw and dressing & season. Add salad leaves just before serving.
- Plate salad and top with chicken, bacon, pecans and an additional squeeze of lemon to your liking.
