Good Vegetable Variety

I liked the salmon and the selection of vegetables. I was not a huge fan of the sauce provided and made my own using some toasted sesame oil, vinegar, & liquid coconut aminos (you could substitute soy sauce).

I love G&T’s meals, but this one missed the mark. Seemed average & something would have taken no time to make myself. For me lacking the amazing flavor(s) of some of the other dishes.

This was awesome! I cooked the salmon just right - do not overcook! And the ginger honey sauce is soooo flavorful, love it! I will def orde this again.

Not to my liking

Pros: veggies are fresh
Salmon are good quality
Brown rice: can't mess up rice
Cons: The sauce was horrible! Being of Asian origin, maybe I had too much experience in the realm of Asian-related dishes. In a lot of Asian cultured cooking, the sauce is what makes or breaks the dish. This soy-ginger sauce made the dish worst. Taste like am eating at PF Chang (glorified, overpriced Asian fusion food) so overall I can only give this dish two stars for the ingredients. If the ingredients are lacking this dish would have a zero star if possible for a rating.
