How to Cook Print

 Microwave for best results

  1. Reserve pumpkin seeds & spinach.  Microwave tray of mac n greens for 6minutes until pipping hot.
  2. Divide spinach between 2 plates, top with Mac n’ Greens and seeds. (season with salt & pepper to your personal preference.)

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Reserve pumpkin seeds & spinach. Bake tray of mac n greens in oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

This one is going on repeat

No criticisms at all here. This was my husband's favorite meal from our first box. We had some Italian meatballs in the freezer so we added a few each to our portions to get a little protein in there. I'd order this every week!

This is a delicious Mac and cheese. The vegetables add great texture and color.

Cheesy Lovers Dream

Pleasantly surprised with this meal! Very cheesy which is how mac and cheese should be. I baked this dish in the oven to golden perfection. I decided to saute the spinach rather than add the raw spinach to the dish. Salt and Pepper for taste, add tabasco for those who want a little kick. Yum!

Smashingly good

Not a big fan of mac and cheese, but am sampling G&T items. Wow, this was delicious! Al dente rigatoni, several tasty cheeses and loads of vegetables. Thanks for a treat.
