Macaroni in an extra mature cheddar cheese sauce loaded with broccoli, zucchini and spinach.

Microwave for best results
- Remove pumpkin seeds & film from tray of mac n greens. Reserve spinach for later. Microwave on full power for 6 minutes or until piping hot
- Divide spinach between 2 plates, top spinach with half the Mac n’ Greens (the hot mac n greens wilts the spinach) Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds, season with salt & pepper to your personal preference.
- Preheat oven to 350F, remove pumpkin seeds, sleeve & film from tray of mac n greens. Reserve spinach for later. Place tray in oven, bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown
- Divide spinach between 2 plates, top spinach with half the Mac n’ Greens (the hot mac n Greens wilts the spinach) Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds, season with salt & pepper to your personal preference.

Pleasantly surprised with this meal! Very cheesy which is how mac and cheese should be. I baked this dish in the oven to golden perfection. I decided to saute the spinach rather than add the raw spinach to the dish. Salt and Pepper for taste, add tabasco for those who want a little kick. Yum!
This is my least favorite meal I have tried. The greens are good but it is less Mac and cheese and more some more tasteless Alfredo style sauce. It also had very little flavor or spice to it.
There was not a hint of cheddar cheese in this dish the second time we ordered it. None.
First time we ordered this dish it was deliciously cheesy. This time it was bland and tasted like flour paste.
I love this meal. The sauce tastes almost more like Alfredo to me, in a good way. It doesn't feel as heavy as many types of Mac and cheese, and the veggies are a great addition. Love the pumpkin seeds too! I will definitely get this again.
4 stars but not quite 5. I think some of the non-protein meals are overpriced for what you get and this is one of them. I appreciate the veggie only options but increasing the serving size in veggie only options would be appreciated.
