Oven for best results
- Preheat oven to 350F, remove pumpkin seeds, sleeve & film from tray of mac n greens. Reserve the baby kale, dividing it between 2 plates. Place tray in oven, bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown
- To serve top the baby kale with the Mac n’ Greens and sprinkling of pumpkin seeds. Add salt & pepper to your personal preference.
Microwave for speedy results
- Remove pumpkin seeds & film from tray of mac n greens. Reserve the baby kale, dividing it between 2 plates. Microwave on full power for 6 minutes or until piping hot
- To serve top the baby kale with Mac n’ Greens and sprinkling of pumpkin seeds. Add salt & pepper to your personal preference.

Sooo many veggies and comes with extra arugula for the top but also has plenty of cheesey goodness. Very filling. Requires 30 min in oven. I added salt and pepper.
The greens and creamy mix of pasta, cheeses, and spices elevated this dish far above the comfort food bar. Delicious! I’ll order this one again and again.
Although it was good, it was not worth the money. Too few veggies and a ho-hum cheese sauce.
