Nice combination of flavors with a little kick. I would have preferred actual pieces of lamb but the ground lamb was fine. The Tahini yogurt was delish!

Thank you for continuing to tweak this recipe. We’ve ordered it often and this time it is especially good. The yogurt tahini dressing is thinner in consistency, making it more dressing-like and allowing it to be
more a part of the arugula. The slicing in the lamb is perfect, just enough heat to balance with the flavors in the pickled vegetables and the rice. Thank you!
Delicious flavors, very easy and quick to prepare. The pickles are wonderful with the fragrant rice. The tahini-yoghurt mix is very good (I added a bit of plain kefir to make it a little tarter). The level of spiciness was good for my spouse, but I added a little unsalted butter to my portion of the reheated rice to counter the red chili. I would love it if a lemon or lime were included in the packet. Thank you, Georgie & Tom!
