- Remove lids from the 2 pots containing meatballs & sauce (Italian meatball pot) , place lid back on loosely, microwave for 4 minutes.
- Remove lid from pot of linguine, reserve Parmesan and Ricotta, place lid back on loosely. Microwave linguine with the two pots of meatballs for an additional 3 minutes or until everything is piping hot.
- To serve share linguine between two bowls and pour a pot of meatballs and sauce onto each. Top with ricotta and parmesan.
