To maximize freshness put the cooked chicken straight in the freezer on arrival. Defrost when needed in minutes in the microwave.
- Remove tray of slaw & daikon noodles from refrigerator and bring to room temp (10 mins)
- Place chicken in microwavable bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- Mix the slaw, daikon noodles, warm chicken, peanuts and lime rice wine vinegar dressing.
- Serve between 2 bowls.
