To maximise freshness put the raw chicken straight into the freezer on arrival. Defrost when needed in a couple of minutes in the microwave
1. Season & coat chicken in crumb. Fry in tbsp of oil 4-5 min per side till golden. (Medium heat)
2. Add 1 tbsp of water and season tray of veggies. Microwave with pot of creamy lemon sauce (lid on loosely) 5-6 minutes.
3. Stir sauce. Plate chicken on veggies and finish with sauce.
Cooking tips:
- For best results use a non-stick frying pan for the parmesan breadcrumb chicken.
- Our chicken breasts are hand-cut so cooking times may vary due to thickness. You can check your chicken is fully cooked by ensuring it reaches 165F.
