Pot of Beef chilli and tortillas suitable for freezing.
Dairy free without pot of smoked cheddar.
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Lay tortillas flat on sheet tray, spread the cold beef chili evenly between 6 tortillas & top with smoked cheddar.Place in oven for 10 minutes.
- Dice avocado, mix in bowl with jalapeno & cilantro salsa, season with salt & pepper.
- Remove tray from oven, add desired amount of avocado salsa in each tortilla, fold in a half immediately whilst still soft to eat.
