- Reserve garnish pot. Season & add 1 tbsp of water to tray of veggies & jasmine rice.
- Microwave tray and pot of Szechuan pork (lid on loosely) together for 4 mins.
- Stir pot of pork, microwave pot & tray together for a further 4-5 mins or until piping hot.
- Serve, garnish with scallions, cilantro & chilis.
Spice warning: If you prefer a milder dish. Please refrain from adding the chilies in the spice pot.
