My Favorite Meal!

I love sweet and sour, and I've never had a better pbr than this. Although, we alter the recipe a bit: We cut the pork into cubes, after cutting any excess fat off of it, before cooking it; that makes it much easier to eat! And, we add all the pineapple to the pan, asking with all the pineapple juice; that gets it perfectly sour enough. We get this every week. We also get the Pad Thai Shrimp every week, and either the Salmon Pesto or Salmon Salsa Verde. Plus one different meal every week, for a little variety. ;)

Yummy!

A delicious and healthy meal! The sauce was perfect, not too sweet!

This is why we love Georgie and Tom's.

We are (trying) to order this one every week. I love sweet and sour sauce, and this one is perfect. It says not to use the liquid from the pickled pineapple, unless you want to add a little more to make a little more sour. I pour all of it into the pan along with all the pineapple instead of putting the pineapple on top. And, we trim the fat from the pork before cooking and cut it into cubes to make it bite size, and cook faster and better.

Awesome!

Super tasty - have ordered it three times so far, and we love it. Tastes like we went to a Chinese restaurant! Super easy to make, although we slice up the pork before cooking and it cooks even faster and the meat is super tender. Love it!
