How to Cook
- Fry sausage mix (Sausage in pot) in 1 tbsp oil & add salt and pepper in large pan (High heat, 4-5 mins or until golden)
- Add veggies cook for a further 2 minutes
- Add Orecchiette, 1/2 cup of water, & sage butter, cook for 2-3 minutes until evenly coated. (Add salt & pepper to taste).
- Portion into two bowls and garnish with parmesan.
