Marinated chicken suitable for home freezing
- Season & fry Peanut chicken in a tbsp of oil. High heat 3 minutes.
- Add vegetables & cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add rice noodles & peanut noodle dressing, cook for 2 minutes until dressing coats all ingredients.
- Serve with a squeeze of lime, scallions, chili & cilantro, peanuts & crispy onions
Cooking tip: For best results use a non-stick frying pan or wok.
