Greek Chicken Kofta
Mediterranean spiced chicken kofta, with a fresh slaw, pickled vegetables & marinated feta. Served with a traditional Greek flat bread and Tahini yoghurt.

For best results stovetop:
- Place Tbsp of oil in pan. Fry Chicken Koftas for 4-5 minutes until piping hot.
- Mix chopped cherry tomatoes, slaw, pickled vegetables, herbs, marinated feta in a bowl and season.
- Place flat breads in microwave for 30 Seconds. (Alternatively pan fry for 30 seconds each side).
- Plate Salad with koftas on top and finish with Tahini yoghurt.
Microwave:
- Microwave pot of Chicken Koftas (lid on loosely) for 3 minutes until piping hot.
- Mix chopped cherry tomatoes, slaw, pickled vegetables, herbs, marinated feta in a bowl and season.
- Place flat breads in microwave for 30 Seconds. (Alternatively pan fry for 30 seconds each side).
- Plate Salad with koftas on top and finish with Tahini yoghurt.
