For Best Cook Stovetop:
- Fry gnocchi in tbsp of oil in hot pan for 4 mins.
- Halve tomatoes and add for a further minute.
- Add Sorrentina sauce pot and bring to simmer for 2 mins, finish with grated cheese in pan.
- Serve gnocchi into two bowls, top with ricotta and pesto drizzle.
Microwave Instructions:
- Place pot of sorrentina into large bowl, Microwave for 2 mins.
- Add Gnocchi, pot of grated cheese and halved tomatoes and microwave for a further 3 minutes until piping hot.
- Serve gnocchi into two bowls, top with ricotta and pesto drizzle.
