I’ve tried a handful of meals so far and this is among the best. It does take 35 min in the oven and the preheat but it is perfectly seasoned and delicious. No issues with the container in the oven. I don’t think it’s fishy at all but I love fish!
Excellent. Would order again for sure. A little soft but warm and comforting. Very good
There is really nothing “pie” -like about this dish. It is one of my favorites, and can be more aptly described as Mashed Potato Casserole Studded with Salmon Chunks, Peas, and Smoked Cod. Everything about it is delicious and easy to prepare, but in my opinion, while the salmon is fresh and tender, the smoked cod is consistently tough and chewy. I hope you can consider a reformulation without it.
At the title suggests, this is very fishy. But the flavors and textures were just terrific! I would order this one again.
This meal was outstanding. It was exactly perfect for a drizzly fall night in New England. The fish was cooked to perfection and was not overpowering, flavor-wise. Really wonderful.
