- Preheat oven to 425F. Remove foil from wooden tray. Place foil in oven, bake for 35-40 mins or until mash is golden brown.
- Stand for 5 minutes to firm up before serving.
- Serve between 2 plates using a fish spatula. (Add extra seasoning to your taste)
