Creamy Shrimp Linguine
Pan seared shrimp in a rich creamy lemon sauce with linguine, peas and spinach. Finished with Parmesan and a squeeze of fresh lemon.

To maximize freshness put the shrimps straight into the freezer on arrival. Defrost in the fridge overnight or in a couple of minutes in the microwave.

Stovetop
1. Dry and season shrimps. Fry in 1 tbsp of oil for 2 minutes. (High heat)
2. Add linguine, peas, and creamy lemon sauce. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
3. Add spinach and stir to wilt
4. Plate, finish with squeeze of 1/4 lemon and parmesan.
Microwave
1. Season & place shrimps (drain liquid) into a small microwavable bowl. Cover with plastic wrap.
2. Reserve Lemon, parmesan, spinach. Microwave tray of linguine, & shrimps together for 4 minutes.
3. Add creamy lemon sauce (lid loosely on). Microwave for an additional 2-3 minutes until all ingredients pipping hot.
4. Mix all cooked components with spinach. Plate & finish with a squeeze of ¼ of a lemon and parmesan.
Cooking tips:
- For best results use a non-stick frying pan for stovetop instructions to prevent shrimps and pasta from sticking.
