Indian spiced chicken in an aromatic tikka sauce served with pilau rice and toasted almonds

For best results microwave
- Remove lid from pot of rice and place peppers in a large microwaveable bowl and reserve toasted almonds for later. remove lid from pot of chicken tikka & sauce, pour over the top of peppers. Place lid loosely on pot of rice.
- Microwave the bowl of tikka & rice at the same time for 5 minutes or until piping hot.
- Remove pot of rice and microwave tikka for an additional minute if needed.
- Serve the chicken tikka with the rice and garnish with the toasted almonds

Very delicious, nice sauce, rice was spectacularly seasoned. (A bit of shredded cabbages and dressing on the side would be even nicer.)
This meal was delicious and easy to prepare.
This dish is so amazing! It would remind you of butter chicken. It has just enough spice and is very filling. Just wish they sent more almond slivers as that adds a great flavor and crunch as the final touch to the dish.
We had this one last night. Fast to make and tastes on spot. We love Indian food and this checks all the boxes. Even had left overs. I heated naan in the oven for a few min and it was just the best mop!
