Chicken & satay dressing suitable for home freezing.
1. Bring satay dressing to room temp. Season & broil chicken (drain liquid) 3-4 min per side (or pan-fry 8-10 mins)
2. Slice cucumber and mix with slaw & herbs.
3. Top salad with chicken, satay dressing, pickles, peanuts and squeeze of 1/4 of lime.
