Garlic and herb roasted chicken in a creamy smoked bacon, leek and mustard sauce topped with roasted sliced potatoes and a mature cheddar crumb. Served with seasonal vegetables.

For best results oven cook
- Preheat oven to 375F. Remove film from Chicken potato gratin tray and place in centre of oven and bake for 40 minutes.
- Place broccoli and collards greens into microwaveable bowl, season with salt and pepper and add tbsp of water. Microwave for 2 minutes or until piping hot. (Alternatively you can shallow fry them in a pan with a splash of oil or place them into a steamer for 2 minutes)
