Squash bake

I baked it and it come out great that way. Tasty and hearty. I could always have more cheese in there. I love Arugula and it was nice and fresh. Very easy!

Another Hit!

If you're a fan of butternut squash and you don't like this dish, you're not really a fan of butternut squash! Great medley of fresh veggies in the bake and the pumpkin seeds top it off nicely. A bit of bite from the chili flakes is just the right amount of heat to make this dish pop. Adding to rotation!

This dish is not one of my favorites. Although I like all of the individual ingredients separately, together they tasted very bland.

Delicious vegetarian dish

This is delicious! Definitely need more heating time and the squash should be peeled. Loved the pepitas and the fresh mint! Will order again!

Just so so for me

Not my favorite. Some reviewers complained about it being too spicy, but I did not feel any heat at all. Seemed bland to me. I much prefer the Mediterranean vegetable bake.
