Slow cooked beef in a fragrant coconut sauce served with jasmine rice, bok choy and garnished with a sprinkle of dry roasted peanuts, scallions, chili and cilantro.

Suitable for home freezing with the exception of the cilantro, scallion and chili pot.
1. Microwave Beef massaman pot for 3 mins until pipping hot. (Lid on loosely, Beef & massaman sauce in pot). Stir
2. Add 1 tbsp of water to rice & bok choy tray, season & microwave 3 additional mins with massaman.
3. Serve. Garnish with peanuts, cilantro, scallions & chili.
