Absolutely perfect don't change a thing. I add a tbsp of Tsang's Szechuan Sauce, and microwave the buns for 30 sec under a wet napkin. Good to go. Plenty of crunch and sweet-sour. A fave!

Pork BBQ sliders

This dish is a favorite at our house. The pork bbq and slaw are very tasty. But there isn't enough pork to make the six silders. We end up tossing the two buns we don't have enough meat for.

Easily needs 50% more pork and slaw

These were quite yummy but there was nowhere near enough pork or slaw to fill six slider buns. We tossed two slider buns straightaway and had barely enough filling for the remaining four - we ended up scooping out some of the bread to get a better ratio.

Great! Perfect amount of food!

Taste was amazing, very easy to put together. There was plenty to go around. I was skeptical of the mayo slaw mix but it went really well together. Will order again.

These are one of our favorites.

We toast the rolls a little, and pile high everything else. Very nicely spiced. Could use just a little more pork.
