Neither my husband nor I were fond of the pork chops with apples. The apples had notes of lemon which I did not enjoy. While I like root vegetables, I am getting somewhat tired of them.

We really love this one for our meatless Mondays! So good! Cheesey goodness! Crispy fresh veggies. I come home from work, pop it in the oven and YUM! Plenty for two adults. Love this one!
Although I expected the meat chunks in this dish to be larger, they certainly were ample and delicious. This dish, as another I have tried (new customer) were very satisfying and had a unique, delicious flavor. I don’t eat kale but mixed with the other veggies, it was outstanding. Very pleased.
The lasagna was good - tasty, cheesy and as long as I let it sit for 5 minutes when it was done heating up it held together well for serving. My personal preference would be for a tiny bit more tomato sauce because I love everything saucy!
Honestly didn't expect much from this meal, but it surprised me! The root vegetable mash was sweet, smooth, and tasty. The beef was so very tender, and the wine sauce was delicious. I will order this one again.

Reason for doing so: we don't like the "...microwave the veggies with some water.."-method and try to avoid it studiously. The best way is to pan-sear the veggies after(!) your proteins. And indeed, it worked beautifully: added a bit sauce to code and pan-fry it 2 min on each side, add to noodles to keep warm and pan-fry the veggies for 4 min while adding remaining sauce. Presto! Loved the dish.
We had a guest over and managed to split this 2-person into a 3-person dish (thankfully the veggies were plentyful) and everybody LOVED this dish.
It needs an oven pre-heated to 390deg, so that adds prep time (if you expected the usual 10-minutes cooking, you might be in a rush if you have a deadline) but that's about the only downside.
I visit a middle eastern restaurant whenever I’m in the area and love it - this is just as tasty! It was more spicy (hot) than I expected, but it didn’t change my happiness with this dish. I’ll definitely order this regularly.
This was a really good, quick meal. As with many others, would def like more veggies.
