Steak & romesco sauce suitable for home freezing
To maximise freshness put the raw steak straight into the freezer on arrival. Defrost overnight in fridge or in a couple of minutes in the microwave
- Season & fry steak in 1 tbsp of oil on a high heat. (Approx 2 mins a side for medium rare).
- Rest steak. Season & fry veggies & beans, 3-5 minutes until cooked to your liking. (Alternatively microwave with 1 tbsp of water 2-3 mins)
- Serve steak sliced on Romesco sauce & veggies.
Cooking tips:
- Our steaks are hand-cut so cooking times may vary due to thickness. Cook steak to your liking with the below temperature guides;
- Rare 120F, medium rare 130F, medium 140F, well-done 160F
- Rest steak for 5 minutes before eating to maximize tenderness
