Mushroom Risotto
A rich creamy cremini mushroom risotto served with arugula & our homemade Italian dressing

Suitable for home freezing with the exception of the arugula & dressing.
Stove top for best results:
1. Fry risotto pot with 1 cup water for 6 mins on a high heat, stirring.
2. Add finishing pot off heat. mix well, serve immediately.
3. Microwave mushrooms 30 seconds.
4.Divide risotto to 2 plates, top with mushrooms, serve with arugula dressed in Italian dressing
Microwave
1. Mix risotto with 1/2 cup water in microwaveable container. microwave 6 mins.
2. Stir in finishing pot & add mushrooms, microwave 1-2 mins.
3. Stir risotto and divide between two plates, top with arugula dressed in Italian dressing.
