- Remove film from tray of moussaka, place in centre of oven and cook for 40-45 minutes until light golden brown & piping hot
- Remove from oven, leave to stand for 5 minutes for firm up. Serve using a fish spatula

We really enjoyed this dish, very healthy and full of protein with big portions. A winner. But you need to cook it a bit more and letting it harden is a must!
Both my husband and I were pleasantly surprised with this dish. It was hearty, full of meat and a wonderful combination of flavors. Also, it doesn't get much easier than popping the entire dish in the oven for 45 mins. I will definitely order this again.
This is the first thing I have ordered that was simply put...AWFUL. The eggplant was tough and uncuttable, there was no discernable meat, the sauce became a gloppy mess and the entire thing was tasteless. It was inedible.
